The Trademark Floors Seal of Approval is made up of three components. Project Manager, Manufacturer/Material & Installation. What does this mean?
Seal of Approval Project Manager
Trademark Floors only uses Project Managers that we determine to be worthy of our Seal of Approval. When you schedule an estimate with Trademark Floors we send out a Project Manager to go over your project with you. That Project Manager will be with you from start to finish. They will go over your measurements, flooring options and project needs with you in detail.
Once you approve your quote they manage your project until compleation. As a means to make sure everything is correct they order all the materials needed for your project, coordinate with the installation team, and communicate with you throughout the entire project. This means less mistakes and a easy to understand process for your project.
Trademark Floors Project Managers must meet certain criteria and Trademark Floors will verify the experience they have in this industry and any others to evaluate relevancy. We have high standards for who we let represent us. Our Project Managers don’t only have expertise in the flooring industry but often have experience in Design and/or Technology. We believe this is important because we are not here to just sell you a floor but to help you design your home. This requires knowledge of design and technology to determine what products are best for your project. Trademark Floors Project Managers will earn YOUR Seal of Approval!.
Seal of Approval Manufacture & Material
Trademark Floors only uses Manufactures and Materials that we determine to be worthy of our Seal of Approval. We research every manufacture and material we bring into the store to make sure we are offering the most reliable and best designed products. The durability of the products we offer is very important to us. Flooring products have had many technological updates over the years and Trademark Floors stands with Manufactures who make this as much of a priority as we do. When you choose Trademark Floors, your flooring will earn YOUR Seal of Approval.
Seal of Approval Installation
Trademark Floors only uses Installers that we determine to be worthy of our Seal of Approval. We have high expectations for how our projects are done. We only select what we would call senior level installers. This means they have 15 plus years of experience with flooring installation. We also don’t believe in using a jack of all trades. If you are getting Carpet your installers will be a CARPET installer and considered a Master of their Craft. Trademark Floors installers catch things that inexperienced or otherwise non masters of the trade miss.
