When you schedule an estimate with Trademark Floors we send out a Project Manager to go over your project with you. That Project Manager will be with you from start to finish. They will go over your measurements, flooring options and project needs with you in detail. Once you approve your quote they manage your project until compleation. As a means to make sure everything is correct they order all the materials needed for your project, coordinate with the installation team, and communicate with you throughout the entire project. This means less mistakes and a easy to understand process for your project.

We research every manufacture and material we bring into the store to make sure we are offering the most reliable and best designed products. Carpet and pad will be removed and brought back to our store to recycle the pad and dispose of the carpet. Hard surface will be removed and brought back to the store to be disposed of.
This is completely up to you! As long as there is a way for the installers to get in you do not have to be there. If you feel more comfortable being there, that is no problem! This decision is completely based on your comfort level.
